Exchanges + Returns

We want you to love your Cukoo item, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to make things right.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of having received the item (s) at info@cukookb.com with the following information: 

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Address
  • Please be sure and indicate you would like to exchange the item
  • Indicate Item and size you would like to exchange for
  • You will receive an email with instructions to send back the items you would like to exchange
  • Once the item you wish to exchange has been received at our facilities, we will proceed to process and ship the new item (s) you are exchanging it for. Custumers are responsible for shipping costs. 

Returns Policy

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, at info@cukookb.com, with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Address
  • Please be sure and indicate you would like to return the item
  • Once the returned item (s) is received, the purchase amount will be refunded (to the original form of payment provided), excluding shipping costs.

All items that are to be exchanged or returned must be received in the same condition in which you received them (new with tags.) We do not accept damaged, used, or dirty items. 

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending back the item (s) they wish to return.  We strongly encourage to send the item (s) with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any items that may be lost in shipping.

If for any reason you have received any item with a manufacturing defect or if there is an oversight in our shipping, Cukoo will assume all costs related to the resolution of the problem. 

We do not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased on sale or other website.
